Brief Timeline
America's Best Composer?

This recording was synthesized entirely on computer and keyboards using live samples of real orchestras. A tremendously expensive undertaking in recording every note scale of each instrument section of the orchestra has resulted in tens of thousands of samples of held notes saved to disk, which can then be further modified and played by computer or synthesizer. Each note was sampled using different bowing or breath expressions, allowing the user (electronic conductor) to choose from a wide variety of colors and dynamics.

Over a span of several years, Arthur has collected over 50,000 samples of played notes from instruments around the world. He has engineered custom programs and a 4-manual keyboard console with full-range concave pedals, allowing him to play, or "conduct" the whole orchestral range like a pipe organist calling on a "wall of sound". Much of the equipment used are the same found on major film soundtracks and albums, similar in set-up to the home studios of Hans Zimmer ('Lion King') and Danny Elfman ('Batman').

Arthur was one of the top performing artists on mp3.com 1999-2001, with over one-and-a-half million downloads, and fans around the world. He hails from a distinguished family including one Phillippine National Artist and one wartime Congressional Distinguished Service Cross awardee. He worked as a Naval Aviaton Analyst in the Pentagon, and played live piano concerts at the Phillippine Embassy, with members of the U.S. State Dept. and Senate present. He is deeply involved as Chief Technology Officer in a couple companies delivering music to cell phones, www.PrimeTones.com and www.SnipNSend.com as well as the founder of this site www.MuSeeks.com. Since people rarely give to support their greatest talents before them, this will hopefully prove lucrative enough to support his further studies & growth as a composer of his own works aimed at providing fresh inspirational fuel to nations in support of freedom.
