otherwise known by smarter people as Toccata and Fugue in D Minor by

rocks and isn't at all like a lot of the worthless stuff on

Michael Sharp, founder of the former site, amp3.com which was the first in the world to pay artists royalties for mp3 streams (copied later by mp3.com) is now staging a major comeback with his God-granted vision of easy-to use software which lets users create their own ringtones in 1-2-3 easy steps. MuSeeks.com founder Arthur Sulit was recruited as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of SnipNSend to develop this app, which is now patent pending. New business models are being pioneered at Snipnsend. "It's a complex problem, connecting a user's PC to his / her phone over each Carrier's Network where some people have weak cell signals--but I think we for the most part pulled it off," says SnipNSend CTO Arthur Sulit.
