Being in streaming media for over four years, we've managed both large
and small sites with over 20,000 audio-video items, implementing automated
encoding, titling, intelligent media search databases and secure membership

Licensing fees are minimal--you own the CD's, and pay a standardized fee per song based on
expected audience size, region and time period you wish to use the soundtracks
in a project or broadcast. Our basic license for a single track in one production typically starts at $80, for a term of 2 years. $80
includes access to an Instant Download while awaiting the CD. and the Agreement for a small broadcast region
or small company website. The CD allows you to choose which song or work you will use for this license, as well as to have
access to other tracks in case you want to initiate additional licenses for them in the future. It also makes
a great listening CD to spark other creative ideas.
Exclusive licenses for custom-made recordings may be negotiated for companies requiring
a unique theme. For personal projects, a more restricted license for each
CD is available for $40. One of our more popular offerings is Tchaikovsky's
'Nutcracker Suite' (above).
Our basic license (with CD's) are on special offer right now. For $80, you get:
- CD of your choice
- License to use any Single Work off the CD on a single website or a single in-house production
with the following restrictions...
- Expected audience less than 100 people (for organizations, companies, using them in
in-house productions)
- Expected audience size for broadcast (radio or TV use) must be less than an average
of 1000 people tuned in per station--ie: this is strictly a license intended for very small,
community service or non-profit stations.
- For larger broadcast audiences (ie: a regional county radio station, or local cable TV use),
where tuned audience is typically much greater than 1000 people, you must purchase a Regional
License (for small to mid-size counties)
- Separate Medium-Urban/City License (for cities).
- Separate license for Major broadcast regions.
- Separate license for National Broadcast use.
- Expected distribution less than 1000 pieces (for organizations creating CD's or kiosks
pieces for distribution by mail)
- Website Traffic for the page (or pages) where the media will be used must be less than
10,000 page views per month
- Authorized Region is global, for websites.
- Authorized region for Broadcast use (radio or TV use of soundtrack) is local (less than
40 miles diameter)
- License period of 2 years from date of purchase, renewable each year afterwards for 30%
of the purchase price
