Enter information about your recording below to help us describe and categorize it. Please be brief and do not use all capital letters. Museeks! reserves the right to edit all titles and descriptions. If you have a lot of recordings to submit, you may also send us a Comma-Separated-Value text file. Create using a spreadsheet, using all the required columns below, then save as text. Send to : recordings@museeks.com. If you have an existing webpage with many titles on it, you may request a spider of your page to pull basic info. We are compatible only with certain page layouts--your web page must have a clear HTML or XML structure where we can detect title names, types, instruments, etc.

* Recording Main Title:	· The name of the recording - Example: Symphony No.5 in C-, Op.27 DO NOT mix composer name with title. Composer is entered separately below. Use "#" for sharp, "b" for flat, "-" for minor. Leave blank for major. Use "No.xx" and "Op.yy" (no space) where relevant. Include the catalog numbers (BWV, K., D., etc.) if available. (Do not use all CAPS nor funny characters & umlauts)
Movement Name, if any:	· The Sub-movment # & name of the recording, if any - 1.Allegro ma non troppo
* Recording Page URL:	· The web address of the page that contains the recording, begins with "http://". If on mp3.com, it is the URL in the song name itself, leading to a dedicated page which contains that song only, in Lo, Hi &/or Dnld resolutions. (Right click over the song name, copy & paste entire URL here. Be careful "http://" is not repeated twice.
* Listed Composer: or Add New Composer:	· Include LASTNAME, Firstname (birthyear - deathyear); Nationality eg. KORNGOLD, Erich (1897-1957), German-Austrian
Second Composer:	· For instance, if a special "variation" on a theme
